Dr. Tickner is always pleasant and ALWAYS on time. His office staff are pleasant and welcoming as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a podiatrist in this area.

Dr Tickner is professional and well advanced in his field .The office staff is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in .

Dr. Tickner and his entire staff are excellent. Very friendly and considerate, I couldn't recommend them any higher if you're looking for someone to tend to your Podiatric needs, I've never had a negative experience.

Dr. Tickner was very friendly & welcoming/comforting(especially considering there are MANY of us out there with ‘White Coat Syndrome’!), was knowledgeable(Especially considering this is not the 1st Dr I’ve recently seen re. large painful almost softball-size balls on the bottoms of my feet in the arch; the previous Dr. ASKED ME WHAT THEY WERE when I showed him! Which I have no clue??!?Thats why I’m there?!?) But thankfully Dr. Tickner knew what was going on, fully informed me what they were & what the steps we needed to take to take care of it were, etc. it was a big sigh of relief! He’s a great guy, as well as a great Dr. and is extremely knowledgeable & pro-actively helpful!
