Never experienced any physician like Dr.Thicker. No diagnosis, prognosis.
Sold me inserts, said try them. Scheduled one month later to see how I was doing with the inserts. That appointment was canceled by the doctor, rescheduled again by Dr. Another 4 weeks past that cancelation.
Finally got to see Dr.Thickner .
Nothing mentioned about the two cancelation's.
I informed him that the inserts did not do the trick.
He filed by foot. took the insert and went out the door.
His nurse returned with my inserts. Told me I was all set.
I still have the same problem as I went in with !

Thank you for your concern about my feet. my pain in my feet are ok now., even tho I have neuropathy in them . I use salve and I have a machine to put them in. That helps for me.

I have been seeing Dr Tickner at St Vincent wound clinic and at his practice for over a year. He took on my acute foot ulcer and guided my treatment do a very favorable result.
I continue to be impressed with his knowledge and skills that brought me to a very positive outcome.

The office was clean . The staff greeted me right away. They were very friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait for the doctor. Dr Tickner was welcoming and kept eye contact the entire time, I felt that he asked relevant questions and listened to my answers . He provided immediate relief for my foot pain and a follow up plan as well. I had a great experience with this office and would recommend to friends and family.
